Can additional funds be added to the gift card?
Sorry. After all available funds are used the gift card should be disposed. If any additional funds are required, a new card can be purchased at Guest Services located between Zales and Claire's.

What should I do if I need to return something purchased using my gift card?
You should present your gift card and the merchandise to be returned to the merchant. Depending on store policies, you may need your gift card to process the merchandise return or receive in-store credit. Refunds or credits issued to a gift card, could require as many as 7 business days to process.

Can the Lebanon Valley Mall Gift Card be replaced if lost or stolen?

Are there fees associated with my card?
Yes.  On the first day following the one (1) year anniversary of the date of sale, an administrative fee of $2.50 will be applied to any card with an outstanding balance.  This fee will continue to be applied each month thereafter.

How do I find out my gift card balance?
There are several ways: 1) Visit the Lebanon Valley Mall office or Guest Services next to EB Games and Payless Shoes.  2) The balance appears on merchant sales receipts as an authorization code.  3) Go to www.getmybalance.com

What if the purchase amount is more than my remaining balance?
The merchant needs to process all funds higher than the balance of the gift card before they process the gift card. You should confirm with the merchant if their store policy allow this type of transaction.
